THE ASSESSMENT
A relationship becomes an anchor when three qualities work at once.
YOUR RELATIONSHIP MAP
Turn a feeling about a relationship into a map you can act on.
Not every workplace relationship needs to function as an Anchor. This framework shows you what each relationship is actually providing, where it has room to grow, and where the gaps are.
A Feeling
Something is off.
The unease is real.
It just needs coordinates.
Assessment
The assessment names
what you sensed and
shows you where to focus.
A Map
Where to invest,
where to question.
Two ways to explore a single relationship

Individual Assessment
PERSONAL EXPLORATION
See a relationship the way you actually experience it, with a Certified Coach reading the pattern alongside you, so your next move comes from a clearer picture rather than a hunch.
One relationship, seen from both sides and measured by behavior
A Certified Coach reads both reports as one picture and holds the continuity
See where you read it the same and where you read it differently
Leave with a shared set of goals, and coaching to build what neither builds alone

Becoming Anchors
TWO-PERSON EXPLORATION
For two people who both want to optimize their working relationship. You assess it from both sides, and a Certified Coach will turn the two reports into a shared set of goals.
One relationship, seen from your perspective and measured by behavior
A Certified Coach interprets the scores and what connects them
Learn how this relationship affects you and how you affect the other person
Decide where to invest and what to change from solid ground
In validation: The Anchor Relationships® assessment has strong face validity and content validity: items are explicitly derived from SDT and RMT mechanisms, expert-reviewed for construct representation. The instrument is currently in the validation process. Results at this stage should be interpreted as theoretically grounded and face-valid, pending formal psychometric confirmation, led by Scott Donaldson, PhD, MD.
Confidentiality: Only you receive your personalized report. Your individual responses are never shared unless you choose to share them with a coach or manager.
Security: Your data is protected by SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure with encrypted hosting on Amazon Web Services.

What’s happening
in your relationship?
Most people navigate workplace relationships by instinct. This assessment provides objective insight you can act on, revealing what’s working, what’s thin, and where to focus.
GENERATIVE
What am I capable of because of this relationship?
Am I more confident because of this relationship, or more dependent on it?
Does this relationship make me braver when my values are tested?
RELATIONAL
How are we functioning together?
Does growth run in both directions?
Does collaboration make us both more capable?
PERSONAL
How am I showing up in this relationship?
How do I respond to their success?
Am I hiding parts of myself?
See how your relationships
are working
The Anchor Relationships® assessment maps your workplace relationships across nine dimensions that assess relationship quality, showing where your relational capacity is strong and where it needs attention.
