These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of assessments, training, and programs from Anchor Relationships®, a brand of Wellbeing Wisdom, LLC. By using this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES

We provide workplace relationship assessments, coach training, and leadership programs. Assessments are delivered through certified coaches or through programs led by our staff.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of enrollment. To cancel a paid course, use the cancellation link in your Stripe confirmation email. If you cancel at least one hour before the session begins, you receive a full refund. After that point, refunds are not available, and requests to transfer to a future session are considered case by case.

Certification enrollment follows the same process with one difference: a full refund requires cancellation at least seven days before the program begins. After that point, requests to transfer to a future cohort are considered case by case.

Assessment purchases are final once the assessment link has been issued.

ASSESSMENTS ARE DEVELOPMENTAL TOOLS

Our assessments measure the quality of workplace relationships for learning and development purposes. They are not clinical or diagnostic instruments, and they do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Results describe patterns in a working relationship from the respondent's perspective. They are not a verdict on any person or relationship, and they must not be used as a basis for employment decisions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Anchor Relationships name, framework, assessments, reports, and all content on this site are the property of Wellbeing Wisdom, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without written permission. Completing a training program or earning a coach designation grants a limited license to use the materials as described in your coach agreement. It does not transfer ownership of any framework, assessment, or content.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use this site and our services lawfully and to provide accurate information when enrolling or completing an assessment. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or access systems or data not intended for you.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, available at anchorrelationships.com/privacy.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payments and live sessions are delivered through third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

TERMINATION

We may decline or discontinue service to anyone who violates these terms or, for coaches, the terms of their coach agreement. If we discontinue a service you have paid for, you receive a refund for the undelivered portion, except where termination results from a violation of these terms or of a coach agreement.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided as described, without warranties beyond those stated in these terms. Outcomes from assessments, coaching, and training depend on each participant, and we do not promise any specific result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellbeing Wisdom, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania rather than in court. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in full effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms, together with any signed agreement between you and Wellbeing Wisdom, LLC, are the complete agreement between us and replace any prior statements or discussions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
