Find a Coach: Individual Assessment

Complete this form to be matched with an Authorized Anchor Relationships® Coach who will administer this assessment for you. The Individual Assessment examines one working relationship across nine dimensions and produces a report showing where the relationship builds your capacity and where it drains it. Your coach walks you through the results and helps you decide what to invest in, what to renegotiate, and what to manage differently. 

Coaches set their own fees and work with you directly.

  • We review your request and match you with an Authorized Anchor Relationships Coach whose practice fits your situation. You will hear from us within two business days. The coach will reach out to set up a first conversation, where you decide together whether to proceed and what the engagement looks like.

  • Certified Coaches set their own fees and bill you directly. The assessment is included in what the coach charges. Costs vary by coach and by the scope of the work, which is part of what you discuss in the first conversation.
