The coach will reach out to set up a first conversation, where you decide together whether to proceed and what the engagement looks like.
Certified Coaches set their own fees and bill you directly. The assessment is included in what the coach charges. Costs vary by coach and by the scope of the work, which is part of what you discuss in the first conversation.
