Choose Anchors for Coaches if you want to apply the framework to your own professional relationships first, alongside a peer cohort.

• Start by helping a client see where their relational energy is going, and which working relationships are carrying the most weight in their performance and wellbeing

• Choose the assessment that fits what surfaces, since the two serve different purposes

• The Individual Assessment reveals a client's experience of one relationship, showing where capacity is being built and where it is being drained, and points to the choices available to them: what to invest in, what to renegotiate, and what to manage differently

• Becoming Anchors gives two people a shared pathway for building a relationship that strengthens both of them, which is where a working relationship changes rather than simply gets described

• Use the coaching prompts in the guide, written for each pattern the report surfaces, so the conversation after the report has structure

• Reassess later if a client wants to monitor improvement

Cancel up until one hour before the course begins for a full refund to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Once the course has begun, no refunds, but enrollment transfers to any future date at no charge. Non-attendance without prior cancellation converts the payment to credit toward any future Anchor Relationships® offering.
