Certified Anchor Relationships® Coach
Certification adds two assessments that work at the level of a network rather than a single relationship. Relationship 360 maps a client's professional network to show where capacity is strong, where it is at risk, and where a small shift would build more in someone. The Team Assessment examines the relational patterns inside a working team, including the behaviors that produce psychological safety. Certified Coaches are listed in the directory shared with prospective clients.

Coaches who have completed Improving Leadership Capacity or Anchors for Coaches and hold an ICF credential at the ACC level or above. Certification suits coaches whose engagements reach beyond a single client, into teams, leadership groups, and organizational work where the relational patterns across a network determine what any individual can accomplish.
Requires completion of one Level 2 course and ICF accreditation, ACC or above.
Note: The full-day course includes a one-hour lunch break. Follow up is approximately 30 minutes and scheduled separately.
